Our vision is to make every moment matter by providing excellence in care and promoting the best quality of life for people living with a life-limiting condition and their families in our catchment area. Our mission is to meet the end-of-life care needs of our local community. We will do this through the provision of specialist services from the Hospice combined with support, education, research, partnership working and collaboration with others who share an interest in end-of-life care. Together with the vital support of our staff, volunteers, donors and supporters, we will continue to develop and grow our services so that our patients get expert, dignified, compassionate and supportive care when and where they need it.
