Nicola and I were at Plymstock School together and I've known her for 44 years. She was always joyful, happy, kind and a great friend. but it wasn't until recently that I realised how bloody brave she was! I was proud to be one of her bridesmaids when she married her beloved Martin and will never forget her tap dancing at the wedding. She was always so very proud of Cara and Harry and delighted to be Grandmother to Max and to get to meet Lilia. She was so positive and strong and in her fight against cancer, a true inspiration to us all. I will miss you laughter and light Nicola. I know your spirit will dance eternally in the lives of all those who knew you. Rest in eternal peace friend xxx

Nicky brought a ray of sunshine to the idodance Wednesday 7pm group. She was always smiling and had boundless energy. On the dance floor in Martin's arms was her happy place. She loved to dance and did so with such elegance and enthusiasm. You will be greatly missed but never forgotten lovely lady.
