We have to thank Jack for the interest, time and patience he showed to our son Oliver who went to Little Bowden Joinery on school work experience and then subsequently served an apprenticeship there. Oliver loved working with Jack, he was like another grandad to him. Oliver has certainly moved on from those days to set up an excellent bench joinery business. Forever grateful for those nurturing years.

Jack was my Brother-in-Law....but really a Brother. He had known me since I was 6 or 7 years old and in my teenage years I spent many summer holidays working with him and Nev at Little Bowden Joinery learning skills which stayed with me throughout life. He was a winner in life, not only in Rugby. Jack was the best a Brother could be and he will be missed as is Diana my sister.
