We exist to help and assist older people over the age of 60 by providing information & advice, benefits advice, advocacy services for people facing problems, Living Well classes such as physical or mental exercise stimulus; befriending, home visiting; Help at Home services including domestic and gardening assistance; over 40 day centres county wide; drop in centres for Dementia sufferers and their carers, and Pub Lunch groups to name but a few!
