Brian was always cheerful and positive and he gave me much needed support and advice with my mother's illness. Brian worked tirelessly for Cathedral Lodge 7814 in Blackburn. He wrote the lodge's history for its 50th celebration. He was the lodge's caring Almoner, supporting others even when he was not feeling well himself. And he was always the first to volunteer to take on any office in the lodge when it was needed. I, and I am sure that many of his brethren will really miss him.
