This page has been set up in memory of Jan, a much loved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. One of Jan's grandchildren, Alex, has CF and instead of funeral flowers the family believe it would have been Jan’s preference that any donations made be sent to support the work of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. We'd like to thank you for your donation and for all the support and kindness shown to us at this time.
