(Née Austin) Passed away, peacefully, on Tuesday, 21st February 2017. Beloved wife to Gordon and cherished daughter of Kath and Frank. She will always be in our thoughts and forever, greatly missed. A celebration of Hazel’s life will take place at Banbury Crematorium on Thursday, 16th March at 12 noon. No flowers please.
